The Watermelon Pizza recipe is great for all seasons and as an appetizer. Watermelon, feta cheese and mint leaves are the main ingredients taking a total of 15 minutes to make. Make a personal pizza with a personal watermelon or a larger one for a family or friends. This fruit has more lycopene than any other fresh fruit or vegetable. Lycopene is an antioxidant linked to decreased risk of cancer, heart disease and age-related eye disorders. one cup of watermelon contains good source of vitamin A, B6, C and potassium.
