We were able to distribute Green Cabbage at multiple Farms2Table farmers markets the last four weeks and we are sharing a delicious recipe with you. Cabbage is packed with nutrients and can help improve digestion amongst other benefits. We found a great recipe called Sauteed Cabbage from Erin Clark at Well Plated as a delicious vegetable side dish. Enjoy!
