Recipe of the Week: Green Grape Smoothie



What a great way to use leftover grapes received from a Farms2table farmers market and make a delicious smoothie with ingredients consisting of pineapple, orange, and green grapes. Blended together, it makes a sweet and citrus beverage packed with vitamins and nutrients. Grapes provide a good amount of B vitamins like thiamine, riboflavin, and B6. Both thiamine and riboflavin are needed for growth and development, while B6 is mainly required for protein metabolism.
