We think everyone should give it a try since Desert Farms2Table was distributing eight plus pounds of this fruit at all three Farms2Table Farmers Market locations on Saturday, April 6th. Jalapenos are not just spicy but are packed with nutrients and have many health benefits. The fruit is also rich in vitamins A, C, K, B, folate and potassium.
