Elotes-the classic Mexican street food of corn on the cob charred on the grill. Slather with a spicy and creamy chili, garlic, and Cotija cheese-spiked sauce-are the best alternative way to service corn. The most delicious thing about all those delicious ingredients is that they become even more delicious when you combine them all in a creamy sauce.
Corn Is a staple food and one of the most commonly eaten and grown in the world. Corn is naturally gluten-free, it's a good choice to use in place of wheat. It is a great source of potassium, an essential nutrient that helps regulate the circulatory system. Corn also contain Lutein, a carotenoid similar to vitamin A that's more commonly found in fruits and vegetables. Corn on the Cobs were distributed at all three Farms2Table Farmers Markets in Apache Junction and El Mirage.
